INGREDIENTS :


1.   1 Klo Cassava


2.   1 Cup Sugar


3.   1&1/2 Cup Water


4.   1 Tsp Lye Water


5.   1/8 Tsp Salt 


6.   1-3 Drops Food Flavoring And Color


                       




PROCEDURE :


1. Cut the peeled cassava (1kg)

2. Remove the root in the center/middle

3. Grate the cassava

4. Squeeze the grated cassava to remove the excess juice

5. Add the sugar

6. Add the water (gradually)

7. Mix well

8. Add the lye water

9. Add the salt

10. Divide mixture into four equal parts

11. Add each part (food flavoring and color )

12. Grease mold with oil

13. Scoop 2 tbsp of mixture and pour into molder

14. Steam for 20-25 minutes over medium heat

15. Remove from the heat and let it cool

16. Remove from the molder

17. Coat with grated coconut and grated cheese
